Blotting Out of Sin & Latter Rain

  Blotting Out of Sin & Latter Rain

Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out so that the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. ... Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gif of the Holy Ghost. Acts 3;19/2:28

"The First Blotting Out of Sin
This takes place before the judgment when sins are re moved from the sinner to the heavenly sanctuary.
*In this case the gift of the Holy Spirit or Latter Rain power cannot
come unless the sins have been removed from the sinner and sent beforehand to judgment.
The Second Blotting Out of Sin
This takes place after the judgment when sins are removed from the sanctuary to the scapegoat.
*In this case the Latter Rain power must come before the removal of the sins from the heavenly sanctuary to the scape goat for eternal destruction."

Blotting out of sin SIMPLIFIED

 Blotting out of sin SIMPLIFIED
"As anciently the sins of the people
--were by faith placed upon the sin-offering and through its blood transferred, in figure to the earthly sanctuary;
--so in the new covenant the sins of the repentant are by faith placed upon Christ, and transferred, in fact, to the heavenly sanctuary.

And as
--the typical cleansing of the earthly was accomplished by the
removal of the sins by which it had been polluted,
--so the actual cleansing of the heavenly is to be accomplished by the removal, on blotting out, of the sins that are there recorded."
E.G.W.
Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out so that the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Acts 3:19

The Beatitudes Through The Sanctuary

The Beatitudes Through The Sanctuary
And seeing the multitudes, He went up into a mountain:
and when He was set, Hhis disciples came unto Him:
And He opened His mouth, and taught them, saying,
Matthew 5:1,2

Altar of Sacrifice: 1st Beatitude-Blessed are the poor in spirit: {acknowledging you need Christ & come to accept His sacrifice for you}
Laver: 3rd Beatitude-Blessed are the meek: {Humbling yourself in the water of Baptism as a public confession of Faith}
Table of Bread: 4th Beatitude-Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: {The Bread & Drink offering - also symbolized in the Communion Service}
Altar of Incense: 2nd Beatitude-Blessed are they that mourn: {Pouring your heart out to God-soul searching}
Candlestick: 7th Beatitude-Blessed are the peacemakers: {Bringing the Peace of God to the World & to their souls}
Ark of the Covenant: 5 th & 6th Beatitudes-Blessed are the pure in heart:/Blessed are the merciful: {The Pure in Heart because they have been Sanctified represented by the Law in the Ark of the Covenant--The Merciful has to do with the Judgment/Mercy Seat of God}

Q: What about the 8th Beatitude??? Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake:
A: It is a Summary of the Need for the Plan of Redemption laid out in the Sanctuary....Not only are God's people persecuted from the Fall to the 2nd Advent, but in their Judgment they contend with the charges of the ACCUSER OF THE BRETHERN (satan) .... for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. Revelation 12:10

God's Mercy on Display in the Flour Offering

 God's Mercy on Display in the Flour Offering
And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.
But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering;
Leviticus 5:7,11

"Christ died for the most worthless, for the veriest outcast. from sin;
Q: Who can gaze on that picture without having his heart filled with love for such a compassionate Redeemer?

--Again he views a picture of the destitute sinner, longing to be free
--and beholding his wealthy brethren pass with their lambs for sin-offerings, the poor ones with their pigeons and doves, he sinks back into despondency, for he has no living thing to offer.
--Then the light of hope springs into his face as one tells him, "Only a handful of flour will answer.

And as the sinner watches the priest offer the crushed wheat as an emblem of the blessed body to be broken for him, and hears him say, "Thy sin is forgiven," his heart leaps for joy, as did the heart of the poor man by the pool of Siloam, who had no one to help him, when the blessed Master told him to take up his bed and walk."
